EEA family member applying for PR

Post by ufemia » Tue Nov 08, 2016 9:01 pm

Hello Im in the process of getting all the documents together to apply for a PR but I'm worried about something
we have been in this country for 5 years now, I'm not EEA my husband is and we have been working ever since but my husband stoped working for 4 months in 2014 to study and he did not have the comprehensive insurance so do I have a shot at getting this permit of should I just renew my EEA family permit and wait another 3 years so that he would have been then working for 5 years straight?

thanks in advance

What was hubby studying?
If classed as vocational training he may have retained worker status.
