Hi Zimba,
I am bit confuse about Pre 6 April 2014 transitional arrangement. I am applying in a week time. I have one employee "A" full time (32 hours per week)for 12 months. That's fine but 2nd employee "B" full time (35 hours a week) worked for 11 months during the same time i have a part time employee "C" worked for 22 hours a weeks for a year. Now how can I combine B and C to make full time for 12 months. Please give me direction.
