Eea family permit documents !

Hello guys !
I'am algerian cituzen , i'am a 20yo , my father hold the french passport , and i would like to get holiday with him in the uk , i'll apply for eea family permit application , as i'am under 21 , i dont need to submit the finance part as i know and read in the website , however am gonna submit the following documents :
- my father french passport
-my passport
-birth certificate , and family book , and certificate from hospital proof that am her daughter .
- flight ticket for my father , and booking flight for myself .
I just want to know anymore documents i must to provide in my application.
