ILR 28 days Qualifying Period

Hi all,

I was granted a Tier 2 (gen) Visa 09/12/2011(In country application) and I have been with the same employer ever since. I have been following the forum and as you might guess from this topic I would like to confirm what I think to be right with regards to the 28 days qualifying period in my case.

In my case:
I Complete 5 years on 09/12/2016 So am I correct to assume that I can apply for my ILR from 11/11/2016, 28 days before?
