Hello,

I need help with Tier 2(General). Currently my brother is on Tier 2(General) with his employer and visa expires in May 2018. Company wants to cancel & terminate employment due to personal grudge of employer. If company cancels his work permit, how long does cancellation process take? How long can he stay in UK after that? What's the procedure?

60 days from the date of curtailment letter.
when he gets a curtailment letter is anyone's guess.
