No mail from VFS Delhi to collect passport

Hey,

3 days ago I received mail from British embassy in Delhi that they have taken a decision on my visa and returned my documents to VFS. I opted to pick passport from them but after 3 days they have not informed me?

Is it normal? Is there any way to contact VFS delhi to check the status?
