PEO service, will my wife reveive permit card in 5 days??

PEO service, will my wife reveive permit card in 5 days??

Its silly me as I thought the card will be issued same day during premium service, we sumbitted today (11th Nov) FLR (M) and granted but we are going abroad 21st Nov, ie, only 5 workings days. Could those who had PEO service can tell me how many days after PEO you received the card? Is Sat counted as working day?

Also I noticed they took the original employer letter, it that what they normally do?

Saturday isn't counted as a working day.
