£50,000 funds

I was on Highly Skilled Migrant Program back in 2010 however, due to some reasons i have to return back. I am willing to apply for Entrepreneur visa and just want to know if I have my own £50,000 in my UK account, will that be sufficient? or I will have to show £200,000?

Is there any possibility that I can use my previous HSMP status to get a conversion to Ent visa while living outside UK?

50k route is only for people on T1 PSW , rest all should show 200k.
