I will atten an interview on 16/11/2016 with Home Office. I did my Tier1 (entrepreneur) visa application on November 2012. After that my visa was refused with right of appeal. During that time i was preparing for the apple to court. on 2013 before the hearing date the court sent a letter that Home Office withdraw the case from the court.
After that on 25/02/2014 the company was dissolved due to not submit the annual return on time by accountant and i did not know about it. when i got to know about it, i try to reactive the company. i filled up a form and paid 64 pounds to the company house for court appeal. it was taking long time to reopen the company also the company house was inform by phone it could be penalty about 5000 pounds. as a new businessman i was not ready to spent that much money.
After that I immediately open a new company under same name on 03/11/2014. since then i run the company by myself with my business partner. one year later after the fresh start i sent an update (includes the fund,new contracts, payroll,bank statements,advertisement, new office details) to Home Office regarding my company and situation. on that time there was no response from Home Office.
In the mean time my business partner change his tier1 (entrepreneur) application to ILR and i sent several letters to Home Office for my update. on 2016 February i sent another update with all update (includes the fund,new contracts, payroll, advertise, new office details) mention that we (include business partner) have good intention to do business, we also provide the details of funds (50000k).
on March 2016 the Home Office sent me a letter asking about old company funds and all papers from accountant or the current status of company also asked reply them by 10 working days. i immediately send them a letter to request them allowed me some more time to get the paper from old accountant. Because i do not have connection with the old accountant after the company dissolved. Also the old accountant was not on his station on that time. There was no response from Home Office. So i have sent them my current company status what they exactly asked for. After few weeks later the Home Office sent me a letter with a list of documents. Then i consulted with solicitors and accountants regarding the Home Office letter. Both of them said its a positive reply they advised me to send them reply according to the list of documents. After sending the last update letter to Home Office on April 2016. Last week i got an email for interview on 16/11/2016.
One more thing to add on 20/06/2013 i opened another company. It was in active till 2014. after that i start the business. the business is whole sale fruits and vegetables. it is a vat registered company. the company is doing good. last year the turnover was about 60000k. the bank transaction is good as well. but i did not inform anything about this company to Home Office. Also one kind request could anybody help me about business plan on business consultancy firm.
Now It will be highly appreciated if senior boards member will help me about the interview questions and advice. attn to Zimba88.
