Thank you LilyLalilu, that exactly answers my question.
For context: I was surprised that they ran a PNC check, which they were happy to reveal. I wasn't aware that this is necessary for a DCPR, but fair enough, you might not want a criminal to establish even deeper roots in the country. They also did something else, but they withheld what exactly. There are a few paragraphs missing in the notes right before they go through some type of check list about person details, CID checks completed etc.
In the end, it's pointless to speculate about this. I was just surprised, because I have never even gotten as much as a parking ticket in my entire life. Not sure what triggered it and was curious whether this is somewhat standard or not.
On the plus side, I am one more person that can confirm that a fast track SAR request is indeed fast and shows the date for which they confirm that permanent residence was acquired. I did not ask for the date specifically by the way. Just ticked IT records and gave the case ID of my DCPR application.
