LTD owner applying for PR (EEA member)

Post by Saladin0011 » Sun Nov 13, 2016 5:18 pm

Hello good people,

Friend of mine would like to apply for PR but there is few issues:
He came in 2011 and starter as a Self-Employed. This he can prove with his invoices BUT all of them are done online so he have to print them and as all of us know HO wants originals. What to do in this matter?

Also since 2014 he started his own LTD. He has all that documents (Company house letter) and business account. All his paperwork is also done online so no "originals"

How to prove that he pays NI? Is his bank statement with highlighted direct debit to HMRC enough? Or is possible to call HMRC and ask for some statement?

Also other supporting documents are online (god bless this online life) such as water bill, Council Tax, bank statement...

What to do? Write a letter to explain it HO? (we all know how they are)

Anyone with similar path?

As the Business owner he could print originals himself I believe. For the other things such as water bills, Utilities, etc you can request paper copies by contacting the supplier.

OK.
For Council tax he will go co council and ask for stamp on his copy which should be enough. Do you or somebody else similar path for application?
