EEA PR- Eligibility after RoR

hello
my case is similar i really want to get clarity. thanks
i would like to know when i will be due for PR
me and my EX (eea national) got married in March 2012
got my RC in july 2014 after delays and appeal
divorced july 2015
now have retained rights recieved jan 2016 as we have been married 3 years before divorce
looking at these scenarios
pls when can i put in for a PR application ?
will it be 5 years after marriage date which will be march 2017
or two years after divorce which is july 2017
or 5 years after obtaining RC which is july 2019
or 2 years after retained rights which is jan 2018

pls can i get some clarity.

Depends on when you came to UK.
And depends what you have been doing since divorce.
And whether you have enjoyed any prolonged absences from UK.

If you married in UK and have exercised treaty rights since divorce it could be as early as 5th wedding anniversary.
