EEA FP transfer from old to new passport.

Hi,i am a pakistani citizen and currently living in uk as i have a residence card of an EEA family member visa for 5 years as my husband is norwegian.
But it was on my old passport which is on my x husband's name who was a british citizen.now i have changed my husband,s name on new passport..Do i need to transfer this visa to my new passport or i can travel along with both the passport..

RC is not a visa. You can simply apply for a new one in your new name if you want.

After the passport change does one need to reapply? It is striking if a reapplication would be requested.

Can anyone shed light into this process?
