Hello guys
I will be applying for naturalisation in december 2016.
Basically, i arrived in UK 2009 on holiday maker visa. I got ILR in July 2012 back of spouse visa. I got divorced last year and now remarried.
I am planning to apply on a 5 year residency route. Obviously havent breached the residency requirement.
Quick query,
In the employment history, I was employed between Feb-2009 till Feb-2010 . Cant remember the dates. Will that be okay?
Secondly, I passed my life in the UK test and also passed B1 english qualification from Trinity College and got certificate in 2015. Will that still be valid?
Lastly, do i need to submit P60 and payslips?? If yes, how many? I will be applying thru NCS.

Don't worry about getting the dates exactly right, month and year should be fine.

Life in the UK test does not expire. English tests generally last for 2 years so a test in 2015 should be fine as long as it is on the list of approved tests, taken at an approved centre.

You should submit P60's for the last 10 years (or whenever you started working in the UK if that is less than 10 years).

NCS should check that you have all the required documents present before submitting the application. If you are married to a British citizen, the Home Office will most likely process your application under section 6(2), which is based on a 3 year residency requirement.

Basically in 2009-2010, i was employed on a part time basis through an recruitment agency. I dont think i have P60 for that or if i had, i dont know where it is. i have P60s from 2011 onwards. What shall i do? Will that really matter if i miss out on P60 for one year?
Secondly, english test was passed in April 2015 and i can see its in the list of approved centres? I guess, if i submit my application in dec 16, it will be fine even if they action my application in an unlikely circumstances say in April 2017

The list of current Home Office approved tests and centres is here.

The requirement for P60's is so that HO can see you have paid the correct tax (and complied with working hour restrictions if you are on student visa, etc). You could check your personal tax record online and perhaps give a print out of the missing year.

thanks, I looked at the link and unfortunately, it only gives me the tax paid for last tax year. Doesnt give me the PAYE or income tax for the previous years
