I had recieved word that mine was approved on the 11th - however it is a bit wierd because initially my employer had applied for the certificate and received a return email acknowledging the application and asking for info regarding the RMLT and my details. They had to cancel this application and apply again on the last day because they made a mistake with dates. They did not receive an acknowledgement email for the second application and no request for more info either, although on the 11th they were advised that the COS was accepted. Im wondering what has happened as I was doubtful the COS would have gone through although it came through very fast? Very happy just hope no mistake has been made!

My employer said the application was submitted on 3rd November 2016 and extra documents were requested on 4th. Everything submitted on time but still under review.

Hi Ganga
Your visa is expiring in 10 days but I guess you can legally stay for 28 more days and still be able to apply. You can check with senior members but I read this on Governments website.

Hi icanhelp,
What u meant by minimum salary, is it new entrant threshold? As a Tier 4 dependant salary has to meet experienced threshold, that's what I know. Which SOC & salary amount u r using?
Thanks.

Yeah SOC Code 2135 and we are meeting minimum salary threshold for experienced worker. Not sure why it went to Under Review.

Hi all
Mine is still under review.
Even the allocation Rcos for November is not publish in gov website. Is it delayed for this month? Has anyone made any enquiry to UKVI.
I am still hopeful. Good luck to all of you.

Mine is still Under Review. The COS allocations list for November has been released. We have not received any letter from UK Immigration requesting us for additional information.

Hi all, I've realised my CoS is actually Unrestricted as in-country so have joined another thread. However, there seems to be a big delay issuing either (I guess due to volume of applications?) - mine has also been in since mid October, has gone past 5 weeks.

Willpenn can you provide your details. What category were you previously on. Was RLMT conducted or was it a job in Shortage Occupations. When did you receive the COS approval.

I'm currently outside the UK and am not on an existing visa. The company had to conduct a RLMT and I heard about the COS yesterday but am not sure whether that is when it came through. Hope that helps!
