Tax Amendment

Post by meshahida1 » Tue Nov 15, 2016 1:10 pm

Dear All,

I was ready to apply for ILR 5 months ago; then I realized that the Dividend amount of £5000 ( only this amount was missed , paid huge tax for this year) was not filed in the Tax Year 2014; I have been good tax payer and never failed to pay the tax on time. This divident amount was missed out by the previous accountant.

I have filed for Tax Amendment ; It processed by HMRC and also I paid additional tax and late interest amount. It was just processed by 1st of November and they send the tax amended calculation form ( Just like SA302 form)

I am now going for ILR on 24th of November. Could you please kindly advise the chance of my ILR success?
I have been working as a Permanent employee since 2 years so do see Case Manager can refuse my ILR on the grounds of Tax Amendment for FY2014.

Not sure whether the recent tax amendment details updated with HOme office and do not have any idea how Home office access our Tax details? Is Home office having direct access to HMRC database for validating our details?

Please, please suggest me.

Regards
Shahid.
