Is the EEA Extended Family Permit the right permit to apply for?

British citizens are not considered to be EEA nationals in this context; that means British-based citizens cannot sponsor family members on EU migration route.

Its UK domestic route for you.

Well the regulation has never included extended family member in regulation 9. However the court has ruled that they are included.

So the 25-11-16 changes nothing.
