Are Digital Marriage Certificates issues in Delhi valid?

I will be applying for my wife and daughter's tier 2 general dependent visa. I was married in 2009 but I recently got my marriage certificate which is nothing but a PDF file which is digitally signed. Anyone can verify it online at http://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/ but entering the certificate number.

My question - Will a print out of this certificate valid for UK visas?

I am almost in same situation. Did you receive any updates? Hope all went well with your Tier 2.
