Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Dependent

Hi There, I got my Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa few weeks ago. Now I am planning to apply for My Wife and two kids . i am confused for Bank Statement For them. She got her own statement . Can anybody advise me how much money i required for the statement. Secondly, all the documents list we need to provide. Thanks
