Tier 1 Extension Applied on 10 Nov

Hi guys,

Hope all are ok. Well I have applied for my tier 1 extension application on the 10 of November,we were entrepreneurial team of two members and one dependent.

Today its exactly 7 days and we did not receive any acknowledgement letter or biometrics letter.

Can anyone advise how long they take to send biometric letters, if anyone has applied within the same time frame?
