My time line:

50,000 Route
Visa applied: 19th September
Application fee deducted: 20th September
Biometric letter: 27th September
Visa approved: 15 November
IHS Refund: 16 November

First of all thanks ALMIGHTY ALLAH.
Then Thanks to everyone who contributed in this forum.

Just to clear air on some common queries ,

1. My third year company accounts shows loss of 26,000 pounds
2. Three months Management accounts shows loss of 5000 pounds
3. I took Dividend for this first 2 years when company was in profit.
4. I took basic salary from February 2016 ( almost 7 months at time of extension application)
5. The amount I took as Salary I put it back to company account as director loan ( I know it does not make any sense Accounts wise but I was confused by reading through some of the members opinions . Better safe than sorry)

I prepared my case very carefully by going through almost every post in this forum.

The list of documents I submitted, will post it shortly.

first of all I congratulate you. then could you please advise me on investment. we are in IT business and we transferred 50k from our personal account to our business account and we spent 11k on office setup and the rest is in our business account. so if not spent all the money the time of application , still it can be considered as investment and one thing more , is salaries of the employees can be considered as investment . thanks

4. Registration with Companies House as a Director of New Company

i. Company Certificate of Incorporation
ii. Company appointment report dated (07/08/2013) showing that Company was registered within six months of entering the route

5. Business Current Registration with Company House, HMRC Taxation & UK Bank Account

i. Current Company Appointment Report with filling history page dated 18/08/2016, showing that Company is Active, I am the sole director and the address of registered office in UK
ii. Company Tax Reference (UTR)
iii. CT 600: 2014,2015,2016 (3 years completed HMRC tax return documents with tax reference number of the company)
iv. Corporation Tax: 2014,2015,2016 (covering 3 years) showing the business is subjected to United Kingdom taxation
v. Other HMRC documents
vi. Business bank statement confirming that company has a UK bank account: covering period from (24/06/2016-31/08/2016)

i. Letter from Certified Accountant confirming net creation of jobs with Hourly Rates
ii. HMRC Employer Reference registration and reference numbers
iii. Employee Payment Record (P11 Deduction working sheet) showing the starting dates (both employees)
iv. RTI Full Payment Submission: April 2015 – August 2016 showing the starting dates (both employees)

dear thinkbig4all,

my situation is same as yours. i am in IT business myself and spent about the same amount of money in office setup and the rest on epmloyees salary.
In accounting terms, if you transfer money to your business account as directors loan, it is considered as investment. You then use that amount according to business requirements.
