Supporting documents for ILR after 2x3 discretionary leave

Post by mck2010 » Fri Nov 18, 2016 1:59 pm

Hi
My family and I are due for ILR in 5 months and would like help in what documents we need to gather before we go. We are using PEO and first time without a lawyer. We are also worried of any issues because before we were given DLR we were overstayers. Would this be a problem at DLR. please help with what supporting information I need to take.

Thanks

It may we wiser to apply by post. The PSC Case Workers are only of a junior level and don't have the authority to make a decision on any application which may not be straightforward.

See the UKVI official guidance:

7. When you can't use the service (inlcudes):
someone whose case is complex because of personal circumstances

Oh alright thank you. Do you think it's necessary to get a lawyer?

If you're unsure of anything in your application you can ask for help on the forum (for free).
