could anyone please tell me the requirments for applying under the 10 year route for remaining in the uk with family? also the requirments for fee waiver for being desitute as unable to download forms on the ukba website. thanks

Is this a FLR(FP) Private Life application?

The UKBA was disbanded in March 2013 due to being unfit for purpose. Current information can now be found under the Home Office or UKVI.

ive been marriedto uk citizen for 3 years we have a 4 year old and im 32 weeks pregnant. i just cant download anything as computer issues. thanks

Do these apply:

Definition of destitution
You will only be considered to be destitute if:
a) You do not have adequate accommodation or any means of obtaining it (whether or
not your other essential living needs are met); or
b) You have adequate accommodation or the means of obtaining it, but cannot meet
your other essential living needs

option B applies. my husband has a 2 bed flat but i cannot work and living on minimum wage and we dont claim any benefits

I suggest you download the fee waiver form in your local library or ask a friend to download it for you. It's obviously not going to be possible to post the contents on the forum.
