A person over 18 is not a minor.KimBrandon wrote:Hi,
I am in the process of registering on the FBR, once i have my passport I will be moving back to Ireland with my husband and 2 minor sons, all three traveling on South African passports (no visa required)
My husband's nephew lives and works with us and is dependant on us, also traveling on a South AFrican passport. He is already 21.
What would the process be of having him move to Ireland with us? There is direct blood line between my husband and him and said he is dependant on us.
Any and all info and advice will be greatly appreciated!
I never said he was a minor, I said he was already 21.noajthan wrote:
