How to present evidence?

Post by sjt88 » Sun Nov 20, 2016 10:10 am

Good Morning,

We have an appointment for my wife next Friday in Kuala Lumpur for processing of biometrics and handing in the evidence.

I have searched the forums and read online about how to present the evidence, but with conflicting information.

I have structured the evidence in 2 ring binders (documents separated in plastic sleeves), one containing all the financial information & my Ltd company documents, the other ring binder containing non-financial documents, marriage cert, TB cert, evidence of relationship, photos, scan of passports etc.

Now I did this as I thought it would make the Processing Agent life a lot easier as it's in a good order and very easy to find documents.

Is this ok? Or do they want it handed in just one big lump of documents?

Thanks,

Sam

VFS Global, the handling agents in Kuala Kumpar FAQs state:
All supporting documents (please ensure documents are removed from any bulky folders such as ring binders as these cannot be accepted as part of your application)

Thank you Casa - I did come across this shortly after posting.

Strange - I would of thought that having it nicely organised would of been a blessing! Obviously not.
