50K Investment question

Hi everyone,

My extension due in January 2017 ( 50K ) Team Member .
I transfered 45K over the period of 2 years from Our Joint savings account to Business account .But we took wages as well in that period around 35K.company was in loss for the 1st year and in small profit in 2nd year .
But then I consult my solicitor in march 2016.he advised me to do the investment again via Share Capital.
So we transfered 50K in April into business account from our joint account and accountant issued the shares on same day.
My question is , I am not claiming points for DL , do I have to mention it in a letter? I am only claiming points of share capital .

You either claim investment via DL or Share capital. And I do not understand which letter you are talking about ? Accountant letter has no value and is not an acceptable evidence
