A booking agent for a creative agency such as top tier modelling or photography? (top in the world)

Would it be this:

3416 Arts officers, producers and directors

it mentions 'theatrical agent' as job example, but what if it's not management of actors, but models.

The only other option I can see is under NQF 6 which doesn't qualify me for Tier 2 sponsorship.
