Share capital

Post by nagisons » Mon Nov 21, 2016 6:58 pm

Hello everyone

I'm applying using share capital method.

(4) If you have invested by way of share capital the business accounts must show the shareholders, the amount and value of the shares (on the date of purchase) in your name as it appears on your application. If the value of your share capital is not shown in the accounts, then a copy of the company’s register of members must be provided.

As it's say that " If the value of your share capital is not shown in the accounts, then a copy of the company’s register of members must be provided. "

Actually question:

What is company's register of members? What is this document? And how can I get?

Thanks

Zimba88 has explained it very well on one thread under new rules validating from 24th Nov. Please search with word capital investment, u will find it. I dont know how to link threads otherwise would have pasted it here.
Good luck

Good evening

Thanks for your reply.

As I have read this thread and read chapter 2 from company act 2006 and realised this is the internal document of the company to keep the register of the members?
Companies Act 2006

Register of members

General

...
Am I right?

It seems yes however there was no need to dump the whole thing here :!:
You better seek business advice from a relevant business forum or business solicitor
