Tier 1 Extension Approved and No IHS Refund so far

HI,

My Extension was approved last week. but i still have not received my IHS refund. its been 8 months since i applied for extension.
Do i need to apply for IHS refund ?

Congratulations....

It looks like a reverse process. Take it easy :) Refund timing is 90days.
