Hi

I am applying for my extension in Feb. I just wanted to check

(1) during my processing time how can i show my companies that i have contract with that i am eligible to continue my business. Is there a website where they can check my status?

(2) what is ihs payment? Do i need to pay it? I have never paid this before. I am applying for extension within the uk.

(3) Also, does visa processing time count towards 10 years for ILR as i am due in September next year. Also does admin review count towards it? Or fresh application if its rejected for some reason.

If a company cares about your immigration status, you are working in capacity of an employee for them (even if you are a company director or self employed) which is not allowed under Tier 1E rules !!

Yes, as long as you are covered by Section 3C. Apply before your visa expires
