Hi All,

I am currently outside UK, but I am interested in investing in UK under Tier 2 visa.
I am wondering what type/kind of businesses are eligible for the scheme? like if I am interested in convenience store or a fueling station or a franchises like subway/Mc D, etc. Are they accepted in this scheme?

I will try to lease or buy the business with the 200K limit.

Not on Tier 2!

And buying existing business/goodwill won't fly.

You mean Tier 1 Entrepreneur

You are not allowed to buy a business with your investment. You must invest in a business you want to start or join/take over a business and then inject the money.
