Hi,
I am about to apply for my ILR next week on the basis of being in the UK for 10 years.
Immigration history is as below:
June 2006- entry on student visa valid till 31/10/07
Nov 2007- student visa granted until Apr 2009
Apr 2009 -applied for student visa but was rejected in July 2009 with rights to appeal. I stayed in uk all throughout it as there was no notice that I had to leave
Won case in oct 2009 and visa granted until march 2010
Apr 2010- Jan 2011 student visa
Feb 2011 - Feb 2013 -post study work permit
Feb 2013-June 2014 -student visa( tier 4)
July 2014-July 2017- work permit
This seems straightforward but I'm worried about the period which I was refused visa. Can anyone clarify if that was valid stay?
Also there is nowhere on the Set(LR) form where I can state if the visa was refused in 2009 but won the appeal.
Do you think I should include a cover letter, as it is on my passport( a line with the date, which mark the refusal).
Please can anyone help clarify my doubts .
Thanks
Ash
