BRP Delay – ILR application

Dear Experts,

Could you please guide me on the following. I applied for ILR at Croydon PSC on 01/11/2016 and was approved the same day. However, I have not received my BRP card yet. I reported this by using the online service (gov.uk/brp) and received a reply from BRP Delivery Team stating that this has been passed to the caseworker and I should contact PSC attended in case further information required. I’ve written a letter to my caseworker and no reply yet. I have a trip soon, could you please advise what else I could you to speed up the process?

Hi Julia
I applied for ilr through post. After waiting 5 months I got decision letter and got my documents back. I didn't not get my brp. After waiting 10 days, I was told by brp deleivey team that I need to speak with my caseworker. I even wrote to case worker but still no answer.
I am in similiar situation as u were. Did case worker contact u directly and what did they told u ( I mean what was the problem)
Your help will be really appreciated
