i am posting this on the behalf of my brother.

He came in UK 2010

Applied for T1, refused under 320 Deception

Apply Human Right application, refused as invalid.

Cut long story short.

His wife and children got ILR recently.

Could you please guide, which application he can make ?

Could anyone pls try to guide me.

my brother is overstayed , can he apply FLR Fp on basis for children and spouse, they have granted ILR recently.

He can try a FLR(FP) Partner 10 year route application, but there's no guarantee of success.

He will have to show insurmountable obstacles and compelling reasons why they are unable to enjoy a family life together outside of the UK.

Under new regulations, if this application is refused an appeal can only be submitted and heard outside of the UK.
