Tier 1 Entrepreneur application approved in 3 weeks!!

Hi,

My Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa application (50k share capital) was approved today with no interview. I successfully switched from Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur to Tier 1 Entrepreneur inside the UK.

Timeline:
Applied on: 10th October
Biometrics Enrolment: 1st November
Visa approved : 23rd November

I thank all the members for their contribution specially Zimba. He was absolutely great.

I didn't even send a single extra document such as lease agreement or advertising material. Just the required documents, that's it. My business plan was only 14 pages and was written entirely by myself with very conservative financial forecasts.

I was very worried before I apply as some people on this forum complain about Home Office all the time but now I'm sure they are fair to everybody.
I hired one the top Legal 500 law firms and they told me my case is very straightforward as I was endorsed by my university. I hired them anyway just to check all my documents and I don't regret it. My lawyer was great but I also was very involved with my application as well.

I also aplied to switch from gaduate entreprenuer on mid Aug but still waiting.
I kept the investment money for 90 days in my business account. Also, as I transferred them from my personal account I prepared director loan requirements as well.
Where do you keep the money? Have u involved in business activity since you got your gr ent visa?

I invested the entire £50k almost a year before I applied. I invested the money as share capital so it is in the company's bank account. Yes, I was active. I spent more than £10k in the last 10 months but no revenue yet as we are a technology company.
