This is my first time visiting this great forum. I am in fact posting to get help in order to advise to my friend who is now preparing to apply for FLR(M) , first extension after 33 months spousal visa. please help me to solve this issue..
'' Their baby born on 6 February 2015. She was on maternity leave from August 2014 to August 2015. Again she started work with the same employer in Sep 2015.''
From September 2015 to December 2015 - part time
From January 2016 to Date - FULL TIME
Her P60 - April 2015 to April 2016 shows as follows,
PAY - £ 7500 .00 Maternity pay - £ 3500.00 ( in round figurs )
I have calculated the wages for her 06 months from June 2016 to upto Frst week of December 2016 comes around £19,700.00.
(Total Gross pay/06 x 12 as she is paid weekly)
Her PSC appt on 09 Dec 2016 .
As she relies on her financial documents alone;
1. Can she submit these payslips and corresponding bank statements for FLR ( M )
even thouh she had maternity leave?
2. Should payslips be stamped and signed by the Employer ?
please advise.
