HELLO ALL
JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT BEING A INTERNATIONAL STUDENT DEPANDANT CAN I MAKE IN-COUNTRY HSPM APPLICATION OR DO I HAVE TO LEAVE UK AND APPLY FROM MY HOME COUNTRY?

Senior or junior makes no difference in straight forward issues.Guidance notes of HSMP contain all the information.One should make a serious effort and only in case of doubt should raise a query.
Your query has already been answered by the best brain of forum.
You cannot switch but you apply for initial approval while being in UK and for EC you would have to go to your home country.
