eea apeal waiting

i got married last year n applied for eea2 in April which was refused due to change in circumstances(job) of my wife, which was explained well in appeal in December and appeal was allowed on 5th Jan, maximum waiting time after appeal is allowed is 3 months, its been more then 5 months didn't got anything from home office, i m calling them twice a week n get same answer 'its in process' i don't really know what to do :/ its really difficult to find a good job without passport :/ n want to take my wife for holidays but don't know how much have to wait ?

hiya i was married to my eea partner in Feb 2014, everything was perfect for 2 years then i got job in Scotland and she was working in London so i moved to Scotland plan was we will move together asap but she start seeing someone else we share same bank account till this date and her salary till November 2016 came to our joint bank account but now she have moved in with her new boyfriend and she is not helping me with anything she have asked me if i don't contact her anymore it will in 3 years of our marriage in Feb 2017 and in Jan 2018 my stay here in UK will be 10 years
please any suggestions what can i do?
