Form AN - which reference numbers to include? (EEA)

Post by csabapalfi » Tue Nov 29, 2016 11:41 am

Hi,

I'm filling our AN forms for a joint application as we just received our EEA DCPRs after 6 months of waiting.

1. Which Home Office reference numbers should I put in field 1.1? I have a WRS ref number (A8/...) as I'm an A8 national and an EEA PR case id. Do these count as valid reference number they would care about or is it better to leave that empty?

2. How many payment slips (with my credit card number) do I need to fill for a joint application? As it has the applicants name I assume 2 would be needed. Is that correct? (Going to submit via NCS so I can ask there but it'd be great to go well-prepared)

Thanks,
Csaba

1) EEA case id

2) There is no joint application, each applicant applies separately - separate form.
What is reason for payslips?

Thanks a lot! Makes sense.

What I meant by payslip is the payment form that you have to submit so that the fee payment can be taken.

Ah, I see.
Yes 2 payment forms/slips.

 Pro tip: Keep copies of all forms and payment slips submitted even if applying via NCS.
