A few questions

Hi All, I have a few questions.

There is an asterisk next to Business Bank Account* in second last column in Table (3b 1) on page 42 for which following explanation is given,
*which you are a signatory of and showing transactions, and where applicable showing the transfer of director’s loan funds from the applicant to the business
How to prove myself as signatory? Do I need to give letter from bank that I am signatory of that account?

Two Business
I have a secondary business. I have invested 4K only, have no employee. Don’t want to claim any investment as I have invested 50K in first business which is running smoothly. Do I need to give information on Table 3B 1 and submit documents for that investment?
Or just information on covering letter will suffice?

Dormant company
I have a dormant company. Do I need to give information on covering letter?

RTI/Employee
I use Money soft payroll; it produces RTI confirmation separately. Do I need to send Confirmation?
One of my employee had expired passport when I took him. I have checked on document list, for British passport validity is not required. However not sure if it is OK for HO?
One employees name is not full, Middle name missing on Payslip & RTI but it is on the Passport. Is it OK?

CAR/Filling History
Para 157. If you are a Director of a UK company when you apply you must provide a printout from Companies House of the company’s filing history page and a printout of a Current Appointment Report: A current appointment report will list the Directors of a company and the dates of their appointment. You must obtain this documentation from Companies House.

Shall I buy from the companies house?
Companies house does not provide filling history page. Can I obtain filing history page from companies House?

If you are sending bank statements for a company as a director, no need to send anything else.

No need. Just businesses you are claiming points for

You need to send FPS reports only

It is OK

One employees name is not full, Middle name missing on Payslip & RTI but it is on the Passport. Is it OK?

Update the name in Moneysoft and generate new payslips and FPS reports to match the exact name on the passport.
