Hi everyone! I'm moving to Germany in a few months. I'm going to be studying at a language school while keeping my job here in the US. I have a lot of questions and though I've looked all over the forums it's very hard to find the info I need, so please forgive me if I'm asking things that have already been answered. I really appreciate the help! I was wondering if I should apply for a student visa, and if I do if my residence permit will expire once I stop schooling? Also, my fiance is moving with me and will not be going to school. He also is working as a contractor with a US job. Will he be able to get a residence permit? What kind of visa would he be applying for? Also, is health insurance a MUST? Thanks in advance!!!
