Settlement Application with a pending application with HO

Hi, I want to apply Settlement. My history is:
1. Leave to Remain was curtailed and now expired.
2. FLR O was submitted before LTR was expired and it is now pending in the HO.
3. Today, I am qualified for 10 years and want to submit SET LR.

My questions are:
1. Am I qualified for 10-year?
2. How to fill these boxes? Overstay Yes or No? Submit before current visa expires? Yes or No?
3. Shall I wait for the result of FLR O then apply Settlement or shall I apply Settlement with FLR O is still pending?
