Spouse BRP card without travelling to UK

I am Tier 2 ICT staff migrant and my spouse got Staff partner with same category. I am wondering how can i issue BRP to my spouse with out travelling to UK. Or is there any other way to extend date of Visa which is stamped in passport.

No. She may apply for a vignette transfer.
