FLR M and public fund

Post by Kerryhos » Wed Dec 07, 2016 11:57 am

Hi all,
I am a British Citizen. My husband from non-EEA country. We are planning to apply FLR M in financial requirements(£18600) on February,2017. I am working almost 50hrs/week , hope we are meeting that requirements. I have got couple of questions are:
1. I'm 'covering maternity ' (relief cover), actually overtime. Do you think is that any problem in FLR M?
2. My husband is not working at the moment. If I claim any benefit such as working tax credit, housing benefit etc. Will it any impact our FLR M application?
Thanks in advance!!
