Urgent:London Victoria PSC for PBS Tier 2 Dependant as well?

We are in the middle of the application and noticed that apart from Croydon, there is a Premium Service Centre in London Victoria, apparently dealing with Tier 2 applications.

Does this mean a Tier 2 dependant visa extension can be given there as well (main applicant being an ILR holder).
