Sponosor Note : Job description

Hello,
I am applying for a UK Tier 2 ICT visa.
My UK Sponsor had issued my COS with a one liner job description. He had also put in my name incorrectly.
Later he added 5 more lines to my job description and corrected my name in the sponsor note.

I would like to know if these changes would be acceptable.

Not exactly a wonderful start to your visa process but it will not in itself be a reason for a refusal.

To be precise about the name error, the sponsor had interchanged my first name and family name. He made in the correction in the sponsor note.
Generally asking, how much of an impact does the job description field have?

it should match to what u will actually be doing.
It should match the SOC allocated.
Most importantly, the description should show that its nvq level 6 job and not lower.

All that is correct is my job description.
My only issue is that bulk of the job description is listed in the sponsor note.
Hope it does not create any trouble
