T-2 Extension

Please can someone advise what to do in this situation

Submitted Application with HO for T-2 Extension
Same employer, same job role with experienced salary as mentioned in SOC guideline

Application Submitted 30th Sep
Biometric letter issued 6th Oct
Biometrics' done 7th Oct

It is going to be 10 weeks now but no letter or decision has been sent. I have seen similar posts where decision has not been made in 8 weeks but a complex case letter is always issued. I have not received any correspondence from HO.

I did call to track my application and all I have been advised to wait for it as application is still in processing. They did check that last correspondence was sent on 6th Oct which was for Biometric and no further letter's has been sent to me.

I am really worried now. I know that I have to wait but can I write back to HO or what should be the best step ?

Presumably you had valid leave when you applied.

Try asking your employer to phone the employer helpline 0300 123 4699 for an explanation of the delay.

Yes Applied 30th September and visa due to expire 15th Nov 2016

well I can request my employer to call helpline and speak to them but can we write back to them. Every time they say to me on call that visa is in processing
