4 workers for 6 months

Hi All
I got my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa in Feb 2014. I am planning to go for extension in Feb 2017, my question to all is that I need clarity on how to score on Job creation.

1. Need to know what do you mean by transitional arrangement and to whom does that apply?
2. So far I have created 4 workers for 6 months, will I be eligible to go for extension?
3. If I can go for extension how to classify these 4 workers job roles in the company (Do they need to all 4 different job roles or I can have same job role for one or more worker)
4. Also as of now has any one got extended there visa by showing 4 workers for 6 months.

Really appreciate your time and I will looking forward some one to clarify above questions to me.

I got a very similar questions like you I got my visa in 2013

I have employed 4 staff 2 full time and part time

Staff 1 (FT) worked for 11 months (joined in June 2015 and left in April 2016

Staff 2 (FT) joined in June 2015 but went on maternity leave in April 2016 on still on leave

Staff 3 Part timer working 20 hours working since June 2015

Staff 4 part timer working 20 hours since June 2015

can anyone let me will I be ok with this
job creation ? Combined total number of hours are more than required by Home Office which I guess in 3120

4 separate roles or 4 employees in one role, or anything in between ! Up to you
