I post it here because I thought that I cant get help.

I am just getting advice more.. do you think that i did not search on google .

I did it bro.. and found many but I need some legitimate which is acceptable by HO. You know that now a days HO refused just for one silly reason.

I found one post in forum and but there is nothing as attachment because somebody reply it as in box to many people but unfortunately that post is closed. So I could ask on that post.

I just needed as sample if can somebody can give it plz.. no more advice!!!!
