your appointment as a director of that company
Dear moongesture, moongesture wrote:This is to provide you (the applicant) a flexibility to cover any admin, technical or other valid issue which causes any delays in your name to be appeared in CA report, Nothing more then that.
So if you become the director of company A within 6 months and due to some admin or technical reason you name appeared on after 6 months but within 8 months, it will be acceptable.
Many thanks for your clarification, moongesture wrote:Hi
The only way to claim points under Table 5 for becoming director (of a UK company) is to show your name appeared in CAR within 6 months. Now if that date appear with 6 months (or with two grace months) it will be acceptable.
I am telling this due to my own experience as when I applied for T1-Ex I was also confused on this and was thinking that CW is looking for a "printout" within 8 months of arrival but that was not the case. The 2 extra months is only to cover any contingency.
